When I have nothing to do, I like to stone and observe the people living on this sunny island. And from my observations, singaporeans all love (not all lah, cause I am not. But majority lah) to...


The no.1 thing singaporeans like to do is to QUEUE.

Yeah this is a known fact, I dun need to observe to know this. Singaporeans all love to Q. when a group of singaporeans are together waiting for something, we automatically form a queue. We queue to get on the bus, we queue to buy 4d, we queue to use the toilet, we queue to buy hello kitty.

Infact it has been installed in our minds that if there is a Q, there must either be freebies or good food or some very cheap stuffs. And pple just blindly join in the queue even without finding out what is happening.



And now from my observations, the no. 2 thing singaporeans like to do is to BLOCK.

Yes, block. Maybe because there are majority of singaporeans all live in blocks of flats. That is y they are so good at blocking and there are so many block heads around. haha.


When on the mrt/bus, they like to BLOCK the bloody exit/entrance so that pple cannot board/alight.

When waiting for the lift they like to stand right smack in the front of the lift door and BLOCK pple from exiting the lift.

When on the road, they like to accelerate, speed past u, cut into ur lane and then drive at freaking 90km/hr (on the outer most lane) even though the road is clear and BLOCK your lane.

When in shopping malls, they like to chit chat either in the middle of a crowded lane or in front of the escalator and BLOCK other peoples path.


And it doesn���t help that the number of obese pple here are increasing.
