my job sucks

its raining heavily. im freezing in office.

went to see my finince manager this morning on some payment issue, which he had told me earlier that we can effect the payment from sgp office. but this morning he told me that there is a new regulation and we need to0 seek the CFO approval to effect payment from here.

wah lau. but that wasnt what he said last week and all the arrangements i had with the supplier has to be on hold. how are we supposed to work efficiently if the "rules" change every now and then? and when the goods dun arrive on time, im to blame again. bloody hell.

sometimes i think purchasers in my company have the suckiest job.
