how to write a good complain letter

with the service sector getting more and more sucky, i think we all had bad experiences whereby we want to shoot a complain letter to shout out our unhappiness

the complain letter must be leathal, must shoot them untill jia lat jia lat and hopefully the company will refund you or give you vouchers or gifts to make up for your unhappy experience.

and so i consulted sis, who is an expert at writing complain letters. and the following are her pointers...

surf net for their customers service motto. better still ifyou can find things tat their CEO say.
first para, write good things like how you have always liked and been using their products for xx years and because you beleieved in them and their motto.. etc
how disappointed you are when the following happened
describe wat happened
EXEGERATE (thats the key word). make it sound like you were so poor thing. and how you might have to contemplate using other brands and will have to ponder if pple ask u about whether their brand/products is good.

so there u have it. the 5 golden rules of writing a complain letter.

good luck and have fun complaining, people. hope you will get some free gift or vouchers (cash lagi better) out of your complain letters.
