yeah Thursday, July 22, 2004 today is my 2nd last day in be. ok, 2.5 days to be exact cause i gotta work on sat. but yet, i dun feel like i am leaving at all!!! cause johnny and chris are still asking me to handle projects.seems that johnny and chris has clean forgotten abt it or they probably think im stayinh for 1 more week. feel like shouting into their ears: HELLO!!! I AM LEAVING THIS WEEK!!! i dun wan them to suddenly realise and ask: eh?? where is CP?? had quite a bad headache on mon and tues night. the pain comes on and off as if somebody is trying to drill a hole through my skull. damn horrible. i never had such terrible headache before and the pain is only near the nape. dad says i better go c a doc. he says headache near the nape might be high blood pressure. DUH??!! me?? high blood pressure?? i dun think so. anyway, i think its probably due to heatiness. thank goodness yesterday was ok and im able to go gym. matt doing opening today and so i went gym alone ystd. giant (this name was given due to his size) was there. normally i try to avoid talking to him cause once he starts, he dun stop (like an indian). so happens that i wanted to use the low rat machine and he was sitting there. so i asked him if he was using the machine and he kindly removed his butt from the seat. and placed it on the bench next to the low rat. and he began to talk to me (oh no) even though im trying to catch my breadth. and so i was doing the low rat (back) and den i proceeded to do the front (i dunno what it is called) and out of POLITENESS (cause he keeps talking and was keeping quite, so pai say) i asked him: eh, what is this fron low rat for huh?? what muscle does it train?? BIG MISTAKE!! he started to explain that it is for training the waist so to acheive a V shape. and he said that i was doing the wrong way and showed me the correct way to do it. that was ok. den, he proceeded to count how many sets i was doing and immediately aft i finished my sets, he brought me to another machine and said he will teach me how to train my back muscle. just as i thought i can proceed with my own training, he said he will show me another method to train another part of my back muscle. then my fore shoulders then my back shoulders then my middle shoulders (of course these muscles have names and he did told me what they are called but i totally forget. h0w to remember when u are already struggling for strength and just when i thought the training has ended, he said he wanted to teach me another thing??)
in the end, i only got to go home at 10, when the gym closes. and before we went off, he said: come with matt on friday lah, i teach u all new things. AHHHHHHHHH!!!! so now my shoulders and back are aching.
but actually i should be happy that i get free training. and 1 thing, he really teaches like a pro. very good instructor. |
