gosh, i am so tired. hasnt been sleeping well lately. has been experiencing gastric pain these few days too.


johnny spoke to me on wed night. i shall summarise what he say in point form:

1. the management is already looking into your increment. just that we are slower and u are a step faster that us.

bloody hell. u take 3 yrs to look into my increment? isnt it TOOOO SLOW??

2. we believe in giving our staffs lower basic, but higher performance bonus.

so far in my 3 years of stay the most i get is only 1.5 mths. u consider this alot?? my BIG FAT ASS

3. we will at least give you a 10% increment.

10%?? go fly kite

4. we can offer you partnership with us. so u can get a share of the profit at the end of the year.

ya, get a share of the miserable profit and have to slog like a dog and sell my life and soul to your company. sorry, i am not interested.

5. we didnt even offer this to stephen. we only offer it to you.

oh. so?? am i susposed to feel hournered??

anyway, aft johnny has spoken to me, instead convincing me to stay, i felt i made the right choice to leave.

so with the mindset to clear all my projects in the shortest period of time, i was unusally hard working these few days. the ironic part is that i dun find such motivation to push me in the past. i get motivated only after i tender.

didnt meet matt for the past few days. and will not be meeting him till this sunday too. though today is his off, he still went back to his store. he has decided to put all his energy at work so i should support him instead of whinning: y u never meet me??

yeah man, i want to be the woman behind my successful man. whahaha.

will be going down to my new office tml to collect the LOA. the exec VP/GM called me today and asked me when im going down to collect my LOA. i told him today at ard 6.30 - 6.45. he said its too late and asked me to go tml instead.

im sooo happy!!!

cause if 6.30 - 6.45 is considered late for a VP/GM, then it shows that this company is a "on the dot knock off" company. i can imagine if somebody ask johnny "can i come to your office at 6.30 - 6.45??" johnny will definately say: sure, no problem. i dun knock off so early.

so choosing to leave is the right choice.

met eq for dinner at 85 yesterday. had bcm and wu xiang. and as usual, eq was late. will be going for a light chill out session with 00 and eq later. will be meeting eq for dinner again. hope she can finish work early so i dun have to wait for her again.
