panthing for air

went to the weighing machine today morning. hmmm. in the past, i used to weigh myself everyday. later, it became every few days. then every few weeks and now its every few mths. i dun dare to face the figure on the machine anymore. and my machine is a digital machine so it should be quite accurate, right up to the decimal point. sigh. regarding this morning's results, well, although im dissapointed that the number i saw was more than i was hopping for, but at the same time i sort of expected it to be around that sum. :s
but nvm, cause im going to gym later with power. haha. we have been talking abt it for the past 2 weeks and finally we can finalise it today. hmmm, better dun say too much else something cocks up. anyway, matt says he wanna join us. he needs to excercise too cause his tummy is coming out. haha. he said he has got his gym gear ready. hmmm, i have never seen him in sports attire before sial. never seen him in jogging shoes before. i scared wait i see him i laugh out loud and he tiao me. but i think power will laugh with me and will laugh even louder. haha.
was susposed to go to the aerofair today but i guess i rather stay in office to complete my stuffs. no point go there and waste the half day and then tomorrow has to work like hell. i rather stay to do my stuff today and give the exhibition a go.
just went down to get myself a can of drink and i decided to climb ur the stairs instead of taking the lift. its only 4 flight of stairs and my legs begin to ache and i am panthing liao. die sial. i really very long time never excercise liao. i hope i dun faint in the gym later. :p
okie, cant write too much. gotta quickly finish my lunch and go bury myself in my work. need to go off early today cos im going gym. so need to complete as many things in the shortest possible time. i have about 3.5 hrs starting from now...
