Time passes. Its the 2nd day of CNY liao. Shall do a recap on last year's events (from where i stopped) hee hee...

The Tay Family reunion dinner
Went to the restaurant only to realise that the reunion dinner is not just with his family alone. His big aunt's family, and grandma were also there. And so that was my 1st encounter with his grandma. Altogether, there were 13 people. Me, Matt, Ah Hong, Nicholas and his wife, Matt's parents, Matt's grandma, Matt's big aunt and uncle, their son, daughter and her bf. So the table was quite squeesy. Throughout the dinner, I just concentrated on my food, and i only spoke to matt and ah hong. His granny is ok lah, not as bad as he said to be. And she commented that I am taller and prettier than the prevoius one. Hee hee. :p

New Years Eve
Spend the day clearing my room. I packed 1 big bag of rubbish. I packed my wardrobe as well. Haha. Packed a whole big bag of unwanted clothes as well. My wardrobe looks very neat now. But i doubt it will last long. Haha. Matt came in the evening for the reunion dinner. After dinner, we met up eq at bedok south market to return her the money for 00's b day. I dun wanna owe anybody durng the new year. After clearing my debts, matt and I went down to century square to catch a movie. We watched Peter Pan. Haha. Wanted to watch teh last samurai but hte show time was at 2 and at that time it was only 11.15. So matt bo bian has to watch peter pan with me. Haha.

Da Nian Chu Yi
Slept till 12+. Its been such al ong time since I woke up so late. Felt damn shiok. Had some lunch, nian gao and went to matt's place. Ta bao some nian gao for him too. Upon reaching his place, we watch this show called surprose wedding where the woman con their bfs to the show and the man have to decide whether to marry the woman on the spot. If he says yes, they will be married on the spot. Hmmm, all the funny things the americans do. After the show, we went to sleep till 7+, woke up and watch tv again. Its basically a watch tv, sleep, watch tv, sleep day for us. We didnt even have a proper meal, except for the bbq bacons that matt bought from M. Then late at night, matt went to join his zhu peng gou yous at MU. But 1 good thing came out of it. He finmally made up with peter leong.

Da Nian Chu Er
Woke up at 11+. Aunty bin, aunty kheng and aunty kuan came to my house and it was too noisy for me to sleep anymore. After they left, we all quickly rush to go ah mah'z house. Mum, sis and po po left first, as i had a stomachache. So I took my own sweet time to prepare myself and I was the last to arrived. So I was there, had some food, and try to find a corner where i can sit quietly in. And everybody start to ask me when I getting married just because sis is getting married this year. Wah lau, do i look that old that they are afraid i'll be left on the shelve? And even if they really wanna ask, they should ask ah hiong and ah wee 1st mah. They are older than me. Buay tahan. Just because sis getting married, I must get married also meh?? The only entertainment was ah suan's baby. She's really very cute. She will let everybody carry her and she seldom cry. Went to SSCC at 3+ and met matt there. It was raining heavily when we reached. We chantted till 4.30 and went back to ah mah's house again. But we came home earlier because dear dear was uncomfortable in his t shirt and wanted to change into his swan brand singlet. Haha. :p Met power and alvin later at 10+ for liang cha at geylang. Then went makan prata at shenton way and cruised around in the car beofre going home.

Hmmm, compared to last year, this year is so much better for me and matt. Remembered last year me and matt quarelled on chu xi night, and i quarelled with my momo again on chu 2. So this year is a much much more better start than last year. As the saying goes, a good start is halfway to success. Lets hope everything will go smoothly for me and matt. Though heard that this year monkey's luck is not so good.
