BG NIGHT 2003

Had a damn power night yesterday. Had to work in the morning and was down with flu. So I went home early and on the way home, I msged 00 asking her is she feeling better and if she can make it to my party. And she said yes. So this means all my sisters will be present. Good good. Happy happy. And I also made arrangement to go down to MU with EQ. So after I reached home, I took a nap as I wanted to get enough rest for the big night and I was hoping that my flu will recover after my nap. But I was woken up by a call from eq at 4+, asking me whether I wanted to go MU with carol and vincent. After the call, I couldn't sleep anymore and my flu wasn't getting any better so I took a flu pill and tried to go back to sleep again but I still cant fall asleep. So I ended up watching TV till dad went to buy dinner for me at 7. Dad bought san rui soup and rice for me and the soup was really good. After drinking the soup, I felt warm and my flu is gone!! I didn't know that san rui soup can cure flu. Haha. After dinner, EQ called me and hastened me to go prepare for the night. And so the preperation of the BG night officially begins...

Firstly, I went to my wardrobe and began digging out all the cheong clothes that I have thought of wearing. After picking out the few short listed pieces, I proceeded to bath and wash my hair. I even used more conditioner hoping my hair will be softer, haha. After my bath, Im all clean and nice smelling and my fashion parade begins. I brought my boots into my room, as I promised 00 that I will wear boots with her. I tried all the shorlisted cheong wear and finally decided on a tube dress, with frilly stripes at the bottom and boots. Just as I have changed into my cheong wear of the night, 00 called me to tell me that she will br having dinner with vincent and that they will come and pick me up in 30 mins time. And i thought 30 mins is more than enough for me to make up mei mei. So I said ok. Just as I was proceeding to go blow my hair dry, the doorbell rang. I looked through the peep hole and saw a man with a bouquet of flowers. Somebody has sent me flowers. It was a bouquet of 12 peach coloured roses. And there was a card attached to it. I opened the card and the flowers were form matt. My dear dear. Inside the card was written:
TO MY DEAREST CLARI!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
DEAR LITTLE PRINCESS!
(BTW, YOUR PRESENT'S IN YOUR HOUSE. HELP YOURSELF, DEAR DEAR...)
MATTHEW!
YOUR DEAR KNIGHT!
And because of dear dear's messy hand writing, I actually mis read the card. I thought he wrote "YOUR PAREENT"S IN THE HOUSE". So I immediately called him to thank him for the flowers and also to ask him what he meant. And then I realised that I had actually mis read his writing. Haha. And so i immediately start the search for my present. Matt gave me a hint: the present was in my room. And I finally found it in the cabinet above my wardrobe. It was a big present wrapped in purple paper. I opened the wrapper and inside was a round cushion, with a gal stiched on it. On the gal, was the word: princess. And on top of the gal, was my name: CLARI and at the bottom was MATTHEW. I really love the cushion cause it is specially for me!! It is for princess and I am little princess. The gal on the cushion is me, little princess. I love it, dear dear. Thanks for the surprise.

After the present thingy, I realised I was late so i quickly called 00 to ask her to gimme 15 mins more. I took some pictures of the flowers and my present and quickly went to doll up myself. I blew my hair dry, Crimp it straight, apply make up and everything. By the time I was ready, 00 was already reached and she said she want to come to my house to use the toilet. So I waited for her to come, and we took some pictures, while we were still sober and mei mei. And 2 BGs left the house shortly after. We went to pick EQ and off we went to MU. Matt was already there. And we were very noisy in the car. I made 00 and eq promise not to get me drunk. Hmmm, reminds me of the good old time when I go cheong with my sisters. Power and 00 will meet up 1st and take a cab down to pick me, then pick eq. And the whole cab would usually be flooded with our laughter and noise.

Once reached MU, we went to our usual table and I ordered 2 bottles of martell. We kept 1 bottle 1st and started drinking and dancing away. The music was good. After a while, mark came and some of mark and vincent's friends came too. 00's colleague, jacklyn came too. There was this singlet wearing guy, who was vincent's friend, who kept sitting at our table. Taking a glance, the people who were sitting on our table were: the singlet wearing guy, mark, jacklyn and some short skinny guy, who is matt's friend too. It doesn't look like our table anymore. I told EQ this and I kay kay say I want to sit and snatched a seat. Then EQ kay kay say she want to sit too and we say very loudly: mei you wei zuo le. So the singlet wearing guy LL gave up his seat to eq.And so I was sitting down, and my sisters wanted to tah with me. And vincent helped us prepare the drinks. Wah lau, he pour like martell free flow sial. Damn thick. So I tah 1 cup each with my sis, and vincent says he want to tah 1 cup with me too. I tah a few cups with jacklyn too. And during the process, there was a spot check. Though the lights were on, it didnt affect us much because my sisters were busy getting me to drink and I was busy siam-ing. After all the few thick cups of martell, I began to feel a little seh. So I asked the long hair waiter to get me ice water and I was expecting a jug of ice water. But he gave me a CUP of ice water. Wah lau, buay tahan. At around 1, my power sis finally arrived with a slice of ice cream cake. She PIG, overslept. Elliot arrived too. So we punished power to tah a cup of thick thick martell for being late. Then, I tah another cup with her, cause it was my birthday. Then they all gathered and sang me a birhtday song. But at that time, 00 was not around. So when she came back, we re-light the candle and they sang me a birthday song again. We didnt actually eat teh cake, but we used our finger to scoop the ice cream and eat. Haha. I was too seh to eat anyway. I tah with elliot too. I told him its my birthday, so he has to drink. And eq was grumbling that I trying to make her elliot drunk. Haha. Wanted to tah with alvin too, but he say he driving, so he managed to siam. So me and my sisters were busy drinking and dancing. By that time, I was quite high liao and I think my 1st bottle of martell also about to finish. Then, I saw the waiter bought a bottle of martell over. I thought its my 2nd bottle, but I was wrong. Mark and vincent's friend, jackson opened that bottle. And matt introduced him and his gf to me. They wished me happy birthday and I asked: Where is my present?? Haha. I high liao mah. And I tah with jackson and his gf. I also dunno how many cups I drank in actual. Haha. I went to dance and after a while, I was feeling damn jia lat. So I went to sit at the table beside ours and matt was taking care of me. And I puked twice at MU. Ya, I actually puked at MU. Matt was busy holding me, holding back my hiar so my hair wont kana the puke. I think some of my puke kana my boots. And he helped me wipe my boots too. Thanks, dear dear, for always taking care of me when I seh. We left MU at around 3.30 and took hell alot of pics outside MU. Alvin bought his digital camera along too. After the photo taking session, we went bencoolen kopi tiam to makan and to open my presents as well. Upon reaching bencoolen kpt, i vomitted again. And this time, I can taste martell in my puke. EEeeee.

I opened eq's present 1st. There were a few different items all in a basket. And she told me she had a hard time trying to wrap them but I just tore them off. Haha. The presents are not with me, but from my memory, there were: 1 electric eye lash curler, 1 mascara, 1 nail polish, 1 eye shadow, 1 lip gloss. I think its like that. Haha. And then I opened power's present. She asked me to guess what it was but I didnt guess it right. So i opened it. But it was wrapped with 5 layers. When I tore off the last layer, I got a surprise. It was a packet of green tea. They wanted me to finish the green tea for guessing the present wrongly. So poor me drank the green tea. Partly was because I was very thirsty. I didnt finish all, but I drank quite a lot. Then alvin went to take my real present and pass it to me. And this present was wrapped in 23 layers because its my 23 birthday. So I unwrapped 1 by 1 and my power sis and alvin gave me cosmetics too. 1 was a glittering power eye shadow from pupa. Hmmm, all my sisters gave me cosmetics. Is it because I look that bad?? Haha. After that, I puked again at bencoolen kpt. This time green tea came out. Haha. And so after they ate the food, we left. Alvin offered to send matt home. Although vincent live at sembawang, which is so much closer to woodlands, he also never offer to send matt back. But alvin, who lives in siglap actually took the troubke to send matt all the way to woodlands. And because of the condition im in, he actually send me home first, then send matt to woodlands, the eq to jurog and came back to bedok again. Its like 1 big round around the island. Thanks, sis, thanks, alvin. Really appreciate it. So matt sent me home, took off my boots for me and tucked me to bed. Once I hit bed, I concuss almost immediately. Haha. Which marks the end of my power birthday celebration.

I really enjoyed myself yesterday. I hope all my sisters enjoyed too. And thanks for the pressies. From now onwards, I will have lots of mei mei make up. Haha. :D
