Bored bored. Went to ALB this morning with johnny and chris to understand the application of the mount. Of all the trips I made to ALB, I should say today is the most interesting trip cause in order to know the application of the mount, we have to know what will be mounted on it and I saw the full system of the GPMG. I have been dealing with GPMG spares since im in DSTA but other than the catalogue, I have never seen the real GPMG before. So I was really excited. Normally when I go ALB, I will see the M16. But M16 is very common. And I tried to carry the GPMG and that thing is damn heavy. And I really learnt a lot from about measurements and tolerance setting from todays trip. Hmmm, looks like this mount will be an interesting project. But I cannot afford to cock up this project, as this is my 1st 30K project. And johnny and chris have already made it clear to me that I better dun cock up. So this is a damn challenge for me as well. But I like!! Haha.
Now waiting for matt to finish his meeting. He has a last minute urgent meeting at his HQ. CS will officially be taking over SNS this coming Monday. Both matt are and me now a little worried about whether this taking over will effect our future. Sigh. Looks like this year is not too good a year for matt. Lets hope next year will be better. : )
