Sway shoes

Had an argument with matt yesterday. So in the end, he went home after work and I went to 85 alone. And I realised that whenever I wore the new shoe that matt bought for me, we would quarrel. Out of the 3 times I wore, we quarreled 2 times. The first time was last Sunday, at siglap and yesterday was the 2nd time. Call me supperticious or pantang but I think the shoes are really sway. And there is an old saying that you cannot give anybody shoes cause it means that you are sending the person away. Actually I dun really buy this cause I have always bought shoes for my momo and nothing happened. Matt has also always paid for my shoes and they are all ok. But he has never physically bought the shoe and gave it to me as a gift before. And like power said, he bought this shoe because my previous pair was spoiled and the previous pair was spoiled when we quarreled. So that is why the shoes are bad omen. I know all these do not make sense but it could not be such a coincidence that whenever I wear the shoes, we will quarrel. I told matt about it last night, and though we both think that there is no logic behind the saying, we still think its better to play safe. So I will give matt $1 which makes it like I bought the shoes from him for $1.
