shake that hoola hoop

Met matt for dinner yesterday. He came to fetch me from my office and we went to parkway to makan. Since it was our anniversary, we decided to give ourselves a little treat so we ate at pasta mania. After dinner, we walked around the building and matt got me a hoola hoop. We have been talking about getting a hoola hoop since Sunday and we finally got 1 yesterday. I was complaining to matt on Sunday that I have put on weight liao and my tummy was getting bigger and more flabby. When I wore my bikini, I can feel the fats bulging out from my board shorts. And so matt suggested that I do some exercise and make it a point to do sit ups everyday. And I told him if I would rather do hoola hoop than do sit ups cause at least I can do the hoola hoop while im watching tv. And matt took my words seriously so yesterday after dinner, we went to the fitness equipment shop to look for hoola hoops. And when I tried shaking the hoop in the store matt was shocked that I actually really know how to use it. He thought I bluff him 1. Haha. The hoop cost $25, which I think, is damn ex. But it is very heavy. After shaking for 5 mins, I can feel my stomach muscle ache. Maybe its sin li zuo yong but I have decided to use the hoola hoop everyday, for 15 ��� 30 mins. Cause if the damn thing is so ex, and I must make full use of it. Hopefully I will have the discipline and in the near future, I can have a slim and trim tummy. Lets keep our fingers crossed. : p
