3-in-1 ulcer

Damn! I know why my ulcer so pain already. I took a look when I went to toilet just now. It is actually not 1 ulcer, but 3! The skin where the ulcers were was swollen. On the up side, there were 2 ulcers. The 2 ulcers have already merged to one ulcer. On the down side, there was another ulcer. No wonder it was so pain and swollen. I have experienced 2 become 1 ulcers a lot of times. But 3 ulcers together is the first time. Its Unbelievable.
